I’m the owner of a trucking service company.

We wanted to establish an information site for my business.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We started the web development project with a discovery phase where we talked about our ideas and what we wanted to achieve. They then built the first version of the site, provided them my feedback, and made some changes until finally deciding on the final output. They use WordPress as their main platform for their development.

We just work with Paul (Owner).

They’re very prompt from a project management perspective, and we usually communicate through text.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’re impressed with their ability to grasp our requirements and produce high-quality deliverables.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything they could improve on. Maybe they can work on acquiring payment for their services. I know in my mind I paid for their work, but I just don’t know if they went to the bank or not.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I would advise them not to curse around them because they’re church-going people.
