They were creative, flexible, and found multiple ways to solve problems. I trusted their work. Even when things broke, I trusted them to fix it. Fount was instrumental in getting us over a challenging situation. I was impressed by their resourcefulness and their ability to find good solutions. For example, we needed people to be able to log in without a password. I had some exposure to Authy, which is a Twilio product, which I thought was overkill for what we needed. However, Fount discovered that product and fit it in nicely with what we were doing. They were able to integrate it, and it was refreshing to get that creative approach.

The communication was great. A lot of it was just text and phone calls, which made it super easy. From a project management standpoint, they were very organized. I used to tell them to take it easy, but they insisted on marking dates in order to start filming — without being overbearing. The friendliness and the ease of working with them had been impressive. They were just low key, but they were professional and they made me feel comfortable.
