We had weekly meetings with the project manager who oversaw where we stood along the journey, and they were incredibly helpful and guided us through the process. Also, they were great at setting expectations and asking for what they needed from us. Solid Digital went out of their way to make things as easy as possible — they took much of the heavyweight. Overall, they felt like an extension of our team, which was ideal for this project. I honestly can’t stress enough how communicative and organized they were.
