• Refresh the Pathfinder website to reflect our evolved positioning and better convert visitors into clients.
• Build a cohesive design system we could apply across client-facing presentations, keeping every deck on brand without starting from scratch each time.
• Create a visual identity strong enough to stand alongside the caliber of companies we work with, without looking like every other consulting site.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Wizardly led a full brand and website refresh for Pathfinder, including a new logo, updated copy, and a complete redesign of trustpathfinder.com. Beyond the site, they built out a design system we now use across every client-facing asset: business development decks, content facilitation slides, workshop handouts, and a full library of custom icons and assets. The goal was consistency at scale, so our team could produce polished, on-brand materials quickly without needing a designer for every deck.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We regularly get compliments from clients and prospects on the quality of our branding and deliverables. The design system Wizardly built is strong and intuitive enough that anyone on our team can use it, which means we execute faster because we are never bottlenecked waiting on design. What used to require a designer for every deck or handout, we now produce in-house, on brand, and on our own timeline.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Wizardly overcommunicates in the best way. They were usually the ones chasing us for feedback, not the other way around, which made the whole process seamless. We worked together through a shared Slack channel and stayed in constant contact. They also handled last minute timeline constraints without missing a beat.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What stands out most is Meg and Josh themselves. They are not only experienced in their craft, they are genuinely good people who understand what it takes to build a business and meet you where you are. Their creativity and innovation are refreshing, especially now, when so much design and content feels AI generated and generic. They are fun to work with, and you learn something new with every project. You can tell they love what they do and are great at it, and they have built an equally strong team around them that they clearly take care of.

We get compliments constantly on our branding and materials, and the design system they built is strong enough that anyone on our team can use it well. What used to require hiring a designer for every deck or handout, we now produce in house, on brand, and on our own schedule.  We now move faster on every client facing asset because the design system just works. Meg and Josh are talented, genuinely good people, and they built an environment where we can raise anything directly with them. It is a rare kind of partnership.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Wizardly could have done differently?

Honestly, nothing comes to mind. Meg and Josh have created an environment where we feel comfortable raising anything directly with them, so issues get addressed in real time rather than piling up. That kind of open partnership is rare, and it's a big part of why the work has been consistently strong.
