      The team has been incredible. We've been on very specific timelines, and the team has met all of them. We had one slight delay, but it wasn't their fault. The team has been quite flexible and accommodating. We use Figma for the design process, which is really cool and my first experience using it. It is great being able to go in and leave design notes right on the template web pages, and use another tool for project management. We've migrated to Asana after the project. We've had weekly meetings via Zoom and communicated with our project manager via the project management tool and email. There's nothing I can think of. The team is flexible and open to feedback.

      They were creative, flexible, and found multiple ways to solve problems. I trusted their work. Even when things broke, I trusted them to fix it. Fount was instrumental in getting us over a challenging situation. I was impressed by their resourcefulness and their ability to find good solutions. For example, we needed people to be able to log in without a password. I had some exposure to Authy, which is a Twilio product, which I thought was overkill for what we needed. However, Fount discovered that product and fit it in nicely with what we were doing. They were able to integrate it, and it was refreshing to get that creative approach.
