Most agencies sell what they want to build. We start every engagement with a focused diagnostic — your site, ads, CRM, follow-up — to find the layer that's actually slowing growth. Then we scope the fix for that specific layer. No selling a rebuild when a conversion tweak would do.

Founder-led implementation

Logan Busic — founder — runs the diagnostic, the scoping, and most of the implementation work directly. No account-manager handoffs. No "we'll loop in our team" delays. A small team that handles the work hands-on, which means faster decisions and tighter feedback loops.

Tight scopes, not 12-month retainers

Most agencies sell 12-month retainers because they need recurring revenue, not because that's what fixes your problem. We scope to the layer that's actually broken. If it's a $500 conversion fix, we ship that. If it's a $20K rebuild, we say so honestly and price it that way.

The diagnostic is a structured walkthrough of your acquisition and conversion system. We look at five layers in order: 1. Website — does it explain what you do, who you serve, and what to do next? Mobile experience, speed, trust signals. 2. Lead flow — what happens between a form submission and the first call? Speed-to-lead, qualification, follow-up cadence. 3. Paid campaigns — if you're running ads, are they reaching the right audience with the right offer at a defensible cost? 4. CRM and automation — is your data clean enough to make decisions? Are leads being nurtured or falling through cracks? 5. Reporting and attribution — can you tell which channel actually drives revenue, or are you guessing? You walk away with: • A written report identifying the layer most limiting growth right now. • A prioritized action list — what to fix first, what later, what to leave alone. • A scoped quote IF you want us to implement the fix. If you'd rather take the report to another team, that works too. The free homepage review covers the website layer only. The paid audit covers all five layers and includes a walkthrough call.

Pricing depends on the layer we're working in and the scope of the fix. Most engagements fall in three bands: • Diagnostic-only — $0 for the homepage review; $1,500–$3,000 for a paid lead-flow or paid-ads audit. You walk away with a written report regardless of whether we continue. • Implementation projects — $3,000–$20,000 depending on the layer. A focused conversion fix or campaign rebuild is typically $3,000–$8,000. A full site rebuild or CRM migration is $10,000–$20,000+. • Ongoing care — flat monthly retainers ($500–$3,000/mo) for clients who want continuous attention on a specific layer (ad management, CRO testing, content cadence). We quote the scope after the diagnostic, not before. That way the number reflects what's actually broken, not a packaged-service price list. If something costs less than expected, you pay less.

Founder-led, primarily. Logan Busic runs the diagnostic and scoping on every engagement, and handles most of the implementation work directly. For specialized execution we sometimes bring in trusted contractors — a senior developer for a complex rebuild, a paid-ads specialist for a Meta campaign deep-dive, a copywriter for long-form content. These are people we've worked with for years, not an outsourced team behind a curtain. What you don't get: a polished sales pitch from a partner, followed by execution from a junior account manager who's still learning. That model is what makes most agency engagements feel disappointing six months in. We don't run it. What that means practically: you'll communicate with Logan directly via email, phone, or text. Response times are typically within a business day. If the scope is small enough that one person can handle it, that one person is Logan.

We work in whatever stack you already have. The starting principle: fix the layer, not the tool. If you're on HubSpot, we work in HubSpot. If you're on GoHighLevel, Pipedrive, or a spreadsheet you've duct-taped together, we work in that. The exception: when the tool itself is the bottleneck — a CRM that can't do basic lead routing, an analytics setup that's structurally wrong. In those cases the diagnostic will say so honestly, and the scope might include a migration. But we don't migrate tools just because we have a preferred vendor relationship. We don't have those. Stacks we've worked in recently: HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Stripe + custom checkout, Next.js / WordPress sites, Google Ads, Local Services Ads, GA4, Cal.com, SMTP2GO, AWS, GCP, and most major things. If your stack isn't on the list, ask — odds are we've touched it or something close to it.

Yes. We're based in Charleston SC, but most of our clients are remote. The diagnostic, scoping, and implementation happen over video calls, async deliverables, and shared docs — same process whether you're five minutes away or in another time zone. Charleston-specific work (local SEO, citation cleanup, Google Business Profile optimization) is a sub-specialty we lean into when geography matters to your business. But the methodology — diagnose first, scope tight, ship the fix — works the same for a Charleston roofer as it does for a B2B team in Austin. If you need someone on-site in Charleston for video shoots, kickoff meetings, or in-person workshops, we can do that. If you'd rather never get on a Zoom and just communicate over Slack and Loom, we can do that too.
