      I would describe the workflow as efficient yet flexible. We had an excellent and spirited project manager who delegated responsibilities through Asana and made sure everyone stayed on topic and deadline and had their opinions heard. The UX specialist on our team was also very affable and reassuring when it came to mapping out the migration process from the old and getting us set up with Google Analytics. We are also grateful to Social Driver’s design team for entertain several iterations of a design concept to better hit the brief. They worked effectively as a team, kept the mood upbeat, participatory, and always demonstrated that they had listened to or incorporated our feedback even as they nudged us towards better alternatives.

When working for a charity, I have to answer for every expense, so it can be problematic. Matchbox worked with us until the job was done.       I have to give them a ton of credit in this respect. We've had a significant staff transition while working with Matchbox. I appreciated that even while we were going through changes which we were not on top of, they constantly worked in the background. They used Basecamp for project planning. Every detail about our project was posted there, and we could see updates as they happened. Everybody knew what was going on, and we didn't have to chase down emails for our contacts; the relevant team members were copied on important messages. Even when we weren't on top of the work, they were. Matchbox nudged us along for important issues but were also respectful of what was going on within our organization.

We’ve had a couple of instances recently where our site has gone down on the weekend. Under normal circumstances, it might be worrisome but, because they’re so accessible and reliable, I know that they’ll be devising a solution within only a few short hours. They’re going to respond immediately and let us know as they troubleshoot our issues. We don’t have that with all of our vendors.
