It did end up extending the project but it was very transparent, and BB Agency was very communicative so we always knew what was happening and we didn’t have to chase after them. When there was a delay, they talked about why there was a delay. They basically walked us through the steps so we were involved in the process the whole way. We had a Slack channel we communicated through so everyone that was part of the project — both on their end and on ours — was involved in the conversation at all times and everyone was on the same page.

We can call or meet with them anytime, eliminating a lot of potential confusion.

Since much of the work is happening remotely, we use Slack so everyone can remain up to speed. However, it’s easy to pick up the phone and have a conversation with their team. For example, if there’s ever a glitch in the system, they start working to fix it immediately, even if it’s after hours on the weekend. They deliver products on time and do what they say they’ll do. They’re great to work with. We wish we had found them much sooner.
