BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

We're one of the top DME providers in the nation. I am the Systems Administrator for the organization and maintain the Azure environment.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Levogy?

We have deployed Microsoft's WVD solution for one of our locations and we were running into an issue where it was taking to long for profiles to load for the end users and causing an overall delay for the end user experience.

What were your goals for this project?

To improve the log on times and overall end user performance.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

They were recommended from a fellow peer.

Describe the project in detail.

We had an initial phone call to discuss the issue we were having at hand and within a couple of hours we were provided with a solution that we then implemented. Which was to create a new profile server using the FS-Logix software with a lager Azure VM size to improve the network throughput.

What was the team composition?

We worked directly with Aaron on what we needed done and he was very accommodating with what we needed to get accomplished.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Based on the recommendations we were given with the Azure VM size everything was successful after that.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

There was constant and open between myself and Aaron to make sure everything was working as expected.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

It was amazing how they continued to check-in even after the project was completed to our standards and just made everything easy.

None that I can see.
