Our workflow with Pen & Mug was extremely effective and a whole lotta of fun. A lot of the communication was through email, however, if we needed to speak on the phone, they were available. Also, when it was time for both of our teams to get together to go over all the details, we did that too. All deadlines were met, no problem. There are times we need items to be tweaked, completely designed, or redesigned on the fly, and they get it done.
