We just started, but they are helping us develop an amazing social media presence, which will enable us to recruit younger and better talent to our firm. They are developing our content and managing the postings. They are helping us develop our brand. We are starting out focusing on IG and FB, but moving into Tik Tock and other social media platforms in the future. We will also be building out and updating our website content and impact and improving SEO's.

We are about a month in, but we already see the value. Our social media engagement and following has increase 3x and the content being produced is so much better. I enjoy culture they've developed and they have an amazing office and culture. I am very excited about the future.

Yes. I have the personal cell phone for my PM and the owner. They are very responsive and have met KPI's and timelines to date. I can email, text or call any time.

Culture and personal interaction. You are not just a number. You're a client. They truly do their best to get to know you and the business so that the content being produced aligns with your core values and goals. They take ownership.

As they grow, they'll need to develop stronger SOP's for their clients to make things more streamlined, so the client experience will be even better. From what I've seen, they are aware and working on that with key hires.
