I’m the COO of PPS Accounting, an accounting services and financial guidance company. We help clients improve their relationship with money, achieve financial security, and plan for a comfortable future.

We needed to rebrand and redesign our website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Element 99 Marketing completely overhauled our website. They helped us rebrand to PPS Accounting (formerly PPS Tax Services) and ensured each web page flowed beautifully together throughout the site. The team redesigned the website to make it more user-friendly and better showcase our services.Element 99 Marketing gave us a template with questions specific to our industry to help us provide them with content to update the website. Their method helped us provide information we may not have originally thought to provide. We provided the logo, but they guided us in creating the new content and took over the task of redesigning the website.

We were getting more website leads. The website was more user-friendly and flowed better than before.

Lucas has done very well in keeping me updated with monthly analytic reports and comunicating changes and updates as they were being performed. I have received communications from early mornig hours to late night hours that told me he was working at diffent times not just a 9-5. He has answered my emails promptly even late in the evening when I didn't expect it to even be seen until the next business day.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Element 99 Marketing could have done differently?

The entire online adverting was new and foreign to me so I have deffered to Lucas's expertise and so far have been pleased with the results.
