Emfluence was hired for email automation services and the Social Media management was just a plus!

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

The price as well as the amount of support available were huge contributing factors.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and marking tools used.

Emfluence is a great platform because we can build templates, or input our own code, test an email campaign, organize recipients, send, and report all in the same place.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked with a support specialist as well as a few sales coordinators; all were extremely knowledgeable of the product.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The only measurable outcome we have had has been the response from some recipients about our new software campaigns, which came out of emfluence.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very effective.

Their customer service is impressive, and they're always quick to answer and willing to help.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Reporting could be a little more detailed.
