We are still in our infancy with the new website ThreeDark created for us but web traffic has increased significantly.

ThreeDark was very informative throughout the entire process. The shared drive made things seamless and easy to keep track of progress. Timely responses to all of our questions were given. Things were completed normally on time or even ahead of schedule.

I cannot put into words how easy ThreeDark and specifically Daniel has made the process of creating and publishing our new website. From the knowledgeable, detailed explanations given to every question posed, responsiveness and customer service is beyond reproach.

ThreeDark assisted with creating a 3 page website with connections to mini sites and integration of MailChimp for collection of emails for newslestters. They have assisted with website and domain connection, link checks, google integration, google analytics connection, SEO checks, and error checking. They are assisting with maintaining my website to keep website software updated, update code, make sure website is up and running 24/7, fix all spam errors, email error fixes, fix security vulnerabilities as they come, and weekly backups.

My contact was asking for information from me and updating me via email when he was completing parts of the project. He would email with what was happening next on the project.

My contact provided a detailed overview of how the project would be set up and worked to completion. He completed each item in a timely manner and responded to any questions I had quickly with details of what he did or next steps.

With the business I am involved in, I would prefer to atleast meet once in person. Understanding that sometimes this doesn't happen but it might have been good to meet just once in person with my contact. I wouldn't have done anything else differently.
