They were understanding when one of our people had to travel on short notice, so we couldn’t get to a specific task. As a project-based business, we know it’s difficult to allocate resources to a project and the client isn’t responsive. They were always very good at understanding that and working with us. They always kept us up-to-date on the crucial tasks that we needed to plan for, which was great. We had a collaborative approach with Spry, which was really great. When we made suggestions, they made sure to inform us of any negatives in an approach, but as long as we had the information and still wanted that approach, they were willing to move forward.
