They have been fantastic. For everything you do, they have a project manager. That project manager relays that information to the team member that would be in charge of that particular project. We have a good communications system that we communicate through, which forwards the information back and forth in real-time. It also gives us historical information. In terms of communication, they have a really good communication system for all the projects and it can be delegated to multiple team members or just one, and we have a system that we communicate through and we know when these projects are completed and who is responsible for those projects. Even if there is a problem, it is done in the very same manner. You can put in a ticket for something to be changed, repaired, or anything like that. On the site, that was always a nuisance. If we were to ever have problems with the future site, I know I can count on them. Their professionalism and their ability to communicate and to ask the right questions and look for answers that match what it is we are trying to do. It is always about making sure it is our vision coming to life, and then if there is something that doesn’t work well with what it is they do, they are able to say there might be a better way to do that and give suggestions.
