I think the thing that stood out the most to me as compared with other companies we were working with before, is that their support is so great. First of all, because the website is hosted by them, they're watching on their end for problems and sometimes catch things in terms of the hosting before we even know about them. It's just been really nice to have real people on the other end watching out for what's happening with our website.

One thing that I really appreciate about Roundedcube is their responsiveness. They’re very quick to respond. They respond after hours, and they respond on weekends. We’ve had a couple of instances recently where our site has gone down on the weekend. Under normal circumstances, it might be worrisome but, because they’re so accessible and reliable, I know that they’ll be devising a solution within only a few short hours. They’re going to respond immediately and let us know as they troubleshoot our issues. We don’t have that with all of our vendors.
