New Local Media was thorough with their communication. I always knew where I stood. They did a good job keeping us updated on what they were doing. In the building phase, New Local Media was very good at explaining what they were doing and how they were doing it. They let us know when there was downtime and how they fixed it. Anytime we had issues, they were good at responding right away. Their communication was always very professional.
