For this project we wanted to completely revamp our website to be a more defined and elevated version of our former website. Since our company formed in 2021, we had a very simple site that had confusing navigation tools/ was difficult to navigate and wasn't up-to-date with our growing business and accumulation of high scale projects. For this project we asked to create easier navigation tools and elevate each page with high quality and unified photos with an easy to read/ engaging layout for visitors to get to know our company and what shows we've worked on.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After the initial launch our internal company was extremely pleased with the new redesign and the way the site demonstrated our projects and our company values in a visually engaging way. We have also recieved feedback from our external parterns that have said the new site gives them insite into what type of partnership they would have with us because of the clarity and precision of the new site.

Muñeca was extremely timely with their deliverables, quickly replying to my emails and prioritizing every task I gave to them in a quick and detailed manner. After I reviewed the first draft of the site Muñeca had an extremely quick turn around with my first few notes so that I would be able to review again, making the process extremely easy and convenient for our team.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I thought that this company was impressive in their reliability and timeliness. This company prioritized our project and every minor detail we threw their way, making this an extremely seamless and quick process. I also valued their creative approach, where they were able to give a few creative options for us to choose from which helped make our company's website unique and elevated the design into something we wouldn't have thought of on our own. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Websites & Graphic Design by Muñeca Osorio could have done differently?

I think this company is both trustworthy and the quality of work is excellent and I would 100% recommend it to other companies. This process was so great that we are already looking to expand and redesign another sector of our company with Muñeca's design.

After maintaining my own website for a number of years, I found that I was spending more and more time on maintenance.  The site was also in need of a general refresh and I also wanted to change my hosting and DNS provider.

After an initial consultation, I selected DangerousCat.com/Muñeca Osorio for the job.  It was a real pleasure working with Muñeca.  I was very impressed with her professionalism, skill and dedication.  She was very attentive to my needs, came up with many useful recommendations and tips, and developed several prototypes for the new site based on our discussions.

The recreated website included videos, a homepage, services with pop-out menus, testimonials, and a blog.
