How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Tim is the father of a friend of mine. It was important to me to go with someone local when deciding a web developer, so I could have good communication. His many years of experience also helped.

To connect my GoDaddy domain to wordpress, design and create all pages on the website, implement ecommerce plugins, set up email, ongoing maintenance, and ensure payment processing works.

Two. Tim, the developer, and his tech, Zafar.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

In just 6 weeks, we were able to bring my website from concept to reality, and to troubleshoot any and all issues that stood in the way of a fully functioning website.

We talked over the phone, used skype to communicate with the tech, spoke over email, and shared screens on zoom calls. He was very timely.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

His willingness to go above and beyond to answer the phone and respond to email messages promptly. Any time I had an issue, I could count on a swift response within the next hour over email, or a call back within 15 minutes.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Learning a bit more about ecommerce plugins, like those for email marketing, affiliate links, and coupon codes.

I am the Executive Manager of a retail shop. We produce and sell small batch hand crafted jams, preserves dessert sauces and condiments.

We had an e commerce site that we were not happy with. We hired New Paradigm Marketing to advise us and to develop a new site to sell our products online. We were looking to increase our online sales to enhance revenue.

We interviewed several developers and settled on New Paradigm based on their professionalism, pricing and other's reviews.

We had an initial meeting to discuss our goals. After which we were provided with a Website Project Preparation Guide. This was very helpful in aiding us in developing a plan for our site.

The guide outlined the criteria for communicating with New paradigm as well as clearly explaining the development process. I found the provided guide extremely useful in aiding us through the entire process.

Of course, Tim was always available by phone or email during the entire process as well. We found Tim to be knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. New Paradigm also provided thorough training on our new site as well.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked with a consultant from the company, Tim, a Certified Marketing Executive. He was our only contact throughout the project.

Internet sales have increased dramatically. Customers appreciate the ease of use.

Regular meetings along with the guide discussed above made development of our site a breeze. All steps in the development of the site were performed in a timely manner and to our complete satisfaction.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their organization and complete professionalism. They were helpful in making suggestions to improve the site and deliver an outstanding product.

However, they always stressed the importance of fulfilling our vision. The whole experience was professional and painless with outstanding results.

Our website had not seen any redesign in over ten years. Our goals was to create a client and public engaging site for information resources.

We reviewed a number of local and distant firms. New Paradigm reflected both the professional expertise, the perfect customer service attitude and ability but the best price and responsiveness.

The project involved review of current website. Further the project required the development with Executive Director of our agency and myself on the functional and aesthetic parameters. The construction of the new website then occurred. New Paradigm reviewed routinely with our team here in order to stay on track and adjust the site to our very fluid and evolving thoughts. Tim showed incredible customer services and flexibility.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Every deliverable was met and reflecting the highest quality and at an good cost. Our website was met with strong positive feedback by our Board of Directors, clients, staff and broader members of the public.

Tim provided an active feedback style that ensured we always knew where the project was and how timelines were being met. His primary communication was through e-mail. Wed also had scheduled in person check-ins (pre-COVID)

Their personal attention to detail and friendly manner amazed us. Tim is extraordinarily gifted at working with clients to pull out their vision even when we could not properly articulate.

There are none.
