      They are responsive and willing to work. Making the graphic representations on the sales brochures match our website was an undertaking that I was expecting would take a while to complete. They were able to take care of the request in just a week. Their ability to accommodate customers and the work they’re willing to provide is the most impressive. Their customer service is excellent. Set expectations and communicate deadlines. They’re able to accommodate the work as long as we give them a projected timeline for when we need it and a reason for needing it. They will bump it immediately to the priority list if you have a good relationship with them.

      Frequency of communication depends on where we are in the process. Before and immediately after launch, we were speaking multiple times a day. They’ve been very responsive and accommodating. Our project manager is always accessible via phone and email, which was very comforting throughout the process. They always had an answer to any questions that came up within 24 hours if not immediately.

      They were excellent. I spoke with Tom at least 3 times a week and we emailed every day. They communicated well. They were very responsive. They responded every time I emailed them; I really appreciated that. They were always transparent about what they could and couldn’t do. They always had alternatives for me.       We got to the point where we were having monthly conference calls. There was always work that was sent to Google Docs, and then we would have knowledge that a new piece was there and go look at it. This was not daily. Several times a week, we had emails from Curotec letting us know what changes had been made, where to go find the changes, or questions about what we had asked for. It was constant communication. They were always extremely professional and always understood what we needed.

We had space in our building to house them when they were looking for new offices, so they’re basically across the hall whenever we need to meet.
