5.0 May 21, 2021Several years ago, my husband and I were out of the country on an extended vacation and it just so happened that we had a major equipment failure with our systems. SOS stepped in and made all the repairs, replaced equipment and kept us running, all without ever questioning or reaching out to us to secure up-front payment expenses. They personally knew our team and chain of command and the importance of keeping our systems running so that we could manufacture our product. Without a close, personal working relationship with their clients, most companies would not have made that financial investment without guarantee of payment or a signed contract. SOS is not just a vendor to us, we consider them a valuable partner.

5.0 Sep 17, 2021Whenever we have an issue, NetEffect addresses it very quickly and with little or no oversight so that it doesn’t prevent our staff from getting their work done. We have a quarterly meeting with David and a lead IT person, where we go through all of the issues that we faced during the quarter. They prepare a very detailed report that we review together, and we address their performance on helpdesk-type issues and any ongoing projects. NetEffect helps us with planning, budgeting, and scheduling our projects. They keep us informed of upcoming pricing and availability concerns. Early on, they weren’t very involved in the project management side of our operations, but they’ve become much more adept at managing IT projects and help use stay on budget and schedule.
