I am the Chief Financial Officer at a financial services company so I oversee the Accounting Department and also the IT Department - which is completely outsourced to CyberStreams.

For what projects/services did your company hire CyberStreams?

We hired CyberStreams because we do not currently have an internal IT department. We are a smaller credit union and needed the knowledge and experience of a reputable company who could help us succeed in our industry.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We did an internal search for an IT MSP and CyberStreams was the best option for us to choose at the time. We originally had only partially outsourced to them, then eventually we migrated to being fully outsourced to them and it was a great decision.

CyberStreams handles all of our IT needs whether it be software, hardware, server configurations, audits, etc. They are there to support us in all aspects of the IT world and are very knowledgeable. We recently signed on to their newest contract, which offers us even more additional products and services that will help us keep up with the ever-changing technology driven world.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We have worked with several resources from CyberStreams, but our main IT contact has been there for us every step of the way and been incredibly knowledgeable and helpful to have the consistency.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Everything is handled incredibly efficiently, and the communication is also very well done. We know where we are at with all steps of the project and all our outstanding tickets at all times.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We currently have weekly project meetings to keep us on track with our current project and we have quarterly IT planning meetings to ensure we are happy with their products and services and to ensure that any issues are addressed in a timely manner.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Having CyberStreams be our MSP has been incredibly helpful to us as a small company, because we don't currently have the means to support a full in-house IT department. Outsourcing this to CyberStreams was incredibly cost-effective, and we were incredibly happy with their service.

Not anything I can think of at this time.
