Both in writing and verbally, they were able to say what they could accomplish and by what date, and because of that they’ve never really missed a deadline. I don’t think that’s too unusual among marketing companies, but what I really appreciated is just how clear they are about that process. They created an online timeline for us to track all the different projects, which was very helpful.
