I am the Director of Educational Technology for a nonpublic boys' high school in NJ.

For what projects/services did your company hire True Film Production, and what were your goals?

We needed True Film to livestream our graduation. We used to do this in-house, but we were moving our graduation outdoors. This was going to be more than we could handle. Not only did True Film do the job that we could not, but the production value was perfect.

How did you select True Film Production and what were the deciding factors?

We researched several companies and we went with the company that was going to provide the highest quality production at a fair price. We liked True Film's work so much that we hired them again this year.

The advanced preparation/communication with us was excellent. They learned about our event and our priorities and executed those elements on the livestream in such a classy, professional way.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

Mike Croft and Jorge Moran. Both Mike and Jorge wanted our production to be perfect. Attended to every detail and it was crystal clear to me that they wanted to make execute my objectives thoroughly.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The amount of PARENTAL feedback from our livestream was positive - not a single negative. The families sincerely appreciated what we gave them.

Frequent communication and thorough. I went into the event 100% confident that the day was going to be a success.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Attention to detail!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No. True Film was so good that we hired them again this year. We will not look for another company.

I am a Video Producer at a Production Consultancy.

For what projects/services did your company hire True Film Production, and what were your goals?

We hired True Film Productions to produce a live virtual event for a non-profit. Our goals were to have a smooth live event streamed through Vimeo with a bunch of high-end panelists.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We had spoken with True Film in the past for a project that ended up being canceled, so they were the first people we reached out to for this similar event. After our initial consultation with Connor and Mike, we were certain that TFP was who we wanted to pull this off with us as our production partner.

TFP was with us from the beginning of the project to the end. They helped us kick off the production and walk our not-so-technologically included talent through the remote recording process, and walked us through everything they would need from us to get the production moving. We did a pre-interview with two of the most high-level talents, which TFP then edited and broadcasted during the actual live event.

The live event was a big success, garnering more attendees than we initially anticipated, and went off without a hitch. TFP briefed out host and talent, making sure that not only was everyone briefed on what their role was, but happy and comfortable for the entire duration of the process.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

I worked most closely with Connor and Mike, who were both massive assets to the project. They both did whatever it took to make sure we and out client were happy, and even offered to do little things here and there for us that weren't necessarily in scope. And we honestly all had a great time doing it. We had a great rapport and were able to speak openly about our needs and goals.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our business now has a great relationship not only with True Film but with the non-profit with whom we produced the event for. The NGO was so pleased with the work that they decided to do more events like this with us all in the future!

The project management style was very communicative and always made me feel welcome to ask any questions.

They were well connected with us and to our clients on a personal level, making everyone happy.

Honestly, no.

We wanted a meaningful virtual event to celebrate our school, honor our medical team, and raise funds

We had spoken with a number of vendors and felt like they did not understand our needs. When I found Mike, he got it, and he delivered

Mike came to the school and understood what we were about and the hybrid event we were trying to create. We had weekly meetings to tweak and review

Mike was the key guy and he was a pleasure

It was our most successful fundraising event and the feedback was incredibly positive
