I’m the brand development manager at Hotaling & Co, an import and distillation company. 

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Phun for All?

We have a large portfolio of high-end craft beer, and we’ve hired Phun to help us find brand ambassadors to help sell our products. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Phun deals with our brand ambassadors and helps make them knowledgeable about our accounts. This helps our ambassadors tell consumers and the public about our brands. We’ve sent all of the brand information they need, and they train and hire ambassadors using that. I schedule their communications with the account ambassadors and me, and they pretty much do everything else. Moreover, they use a website to submit reports on the marketing events we do. I can log in and check what happens during our events or see how many bottles they’ve sold. 

What is the team composition?

I mainly work with Lesley (Experiential Account Coordinator) and Ashley (National Brand Consultant). I also know Sean (Partner). 

How did you come to work with Phun for All?

Our executive management team found Phun.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve invested around $250,000. 

What is the status of this engagement?

This engagement started around May 2021, and it’s ongoing. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Phun’s services help us consistently generate sales in every event they staff. Our products increasingly move off the shelves. 

How did Phun for All perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re great. I usually fill out a form and request tons of events every month. They manage these things well for me. To communicate, we typically use emails and text messages. We also use a shared Excel document where we put all requests. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Phun is hardworking. They make me a priority and are consistent — they’re simply great at their job. Their resources handle issues well and are always on top of things. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there aren’t any. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Know your expectations and goals. Communicate these things transparently with Phun.
