Our facility wasn't physically ready in a timely manner, but the software that Kingsmen built us was ready to go on time. In fact, we were able to add a few things to the mobile app that were previously thought to be nice-to-haves because of the speed we got from the Kingsmen team. They are ultra-responsive, and having them local and passionate about our business makes working with them easy. Kingsmen has a lot of proactive thinkers that can come up with edge cases that we didn't necessarily think of and helped make our customer experience appear bulletproof to our customers.

The greatest feature about working with Code Branch was their responsiveness to feedback and communication. David, in particular, worked tirelessly to make sure the team's efforts were directed in the right direction, a special challenge in a proof of concept project where there are a lot of decisions regarding what is a 'must have' vs. 'down the road'. Related to the above feedback about the challenges of a proof of concept build, there were a few instances in which priorities were misunderstood and unnecessary features were implemented, but David and team were very good about uncovering these instances quickly and rectifying.
