It would have been a shorter process except for some delays that we had to request; any delays were on our end. Communication was good as well. Greg was very good at keeping everyone in the loop on where things were, what had happened since the last meeting, call, or email, and what our next steps were. I didn’t feel like I needed to co-product manage it all. I just had to show up when and where I needed to be.

There was one, but they already resolved it. We found out that we were paying for things that we weren’t using, and they were really great at rectifying that and dropping the monthly price for us.
