When Zoho's platform was literally being pushed to its limit because of the unique use case and system scope, Encaptechno's team wasn't even phased. Ankur & Simran collaborated with several of Zoho's internal engineering teams on multiple occasions because while the Encaptecho team's code, integrations, and system functions were correct from a syntax prospective, Zoho's actual platform bugs were preventing many things in our portal from working correctly.
