A lot of the staff have International Business Degrees and where better to put their education 'to work'; than to get matched with a USA Company that fits their specialty and passion. Most impressive staff placement has been in the Human Resource Department. I never thought that you could have Human Resources outside of The United States. There’s pricing differences, cultural differences and many more. SWORKZ proved me wrong. DTS's Human Resource Department is ran and managed by a colleague at SWORKZ that has a Psychology Degree. I kept hitting a brick wall over and over, I couldn’t find a Caring Qualified person to assist in developing it. We now over the last year have a Robust Human Resource Department that continues to grow.
