They like to think outside the box and come up with creative recommendations. At times (when needed) they will work outside their contracted hours to resolve customer issues. Working with Protel BPO is more like working with a partner than a vendor. They treat our business needs and requirements as if it's their own. They make helpful suggestions based on their experience and expertise and help improve our client’s UX. They go the extra mile to do their job and provide insightful information to help us improve.
