My sales went up since we started working with them by around 30%. Also, I’m impressed with how they address our customers and the volume they’re managing— they do about 200 calls every hour.

How did Infinity Center BPO perform from a project management standpoint?

The budget has gone a little up, but they’d tell me with anticipation and explain why. Regarding tools and communication, we use Zoom and emails. Also, their English is great, which is impressive because it’s not their native language.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their personalized service is what makes them stand out. Also, whenever they present an issue to us, they already have a couple of solutions to take care of the situation.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We’ve experienced a couple of cultural differences because they’re based in India, but it’s minimal.
