The only thing I would include is just to be more religious in following up on previous month's actions, making sure that absolutely everything is ticked off, or at least an explanation given as to why something wasn't done (maybe it wasn't the best course of action after all, and here is why...) just so there is a measurable way of showing progress outside of google analytics and search console etc.
