Janet from Alba SEO Services reviewed my website and came back with a range of recommendations. She then implemented a number of changes on my website, and I made some changes to content to improve the performance of my website.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Since implementing the SEO changes, which has only been done very recently, our ranking on a number of key terms has improved considerably.

Janet was very pleasant to deal with and anything she did was efficient. I'm not very technical but Janet explained everything very clearly and I now have a much better understanding of what I need to do to continue to improve my SEO.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were very efficient and professional but also they talk in simple english which was very helpful for someone like me who doesn't know or understand much about how SEO works. Previously I worked with someone who I am sure was very knowledgeable but he overwhelmed me with information (both verbally & in emails) so I didn't know how to implement the changes to improve my SEO performance. Alba SEO Services are also very reasonable in the rates that they charge.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No. I was very happy with the service I received.

I'm a partner in a blinds business. We install wooden, vertical, and roller blinds in commercial and residential properties.

What challenge were you trying to address with Alba SEO Services?

We wanted more visibility in our county, which is small but fairly affluent. Our previous website was not very good, and certainly not SEO friendly.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They manage all our SEO campaigns. They did some keyword research, and all of our work so far is organic. We may visit PPC options in the future, but we're not completely sold on that yet. They're not directly connected with our web developer, but they work together closely.

They're a small business, and I work with a team of two.

We spend roughly £400 (approximately $515 USD) a month for a set number of hours.

We have them on a monthly retainer and have used them since March or April 2018.

Shortly after we developed the new site, they helped us increase our web visibility for our local market. Now, we appear near the top of the page for local searches for blinds and services we provide.

They delivered what they promised, and they're always available by phone or email. We wanted to deal with a local person, and they fulfill that need for us.

There's nothing they could improve or do better. They met all our expectations.

They're honest and straightforward. They helped us manage our expectations, and they never made any false promises. SEO is a slow burn, and they helped us persevere and get the results we wanted in a realistic time frame.

Communication is key. This is a two-way process, so do your part to ensure your project's success. They need your feedback about your business, so stay involved and you'll see results.

I was referred to Alba by my web designer. After several bad experiences with other SEO providers, it was the promise of comprehensive monthly reports which convinced me to go ahead.

We are currently ranked #1 on Google search for all 14 of our tracked keywords. This is is principally due to the persistent hard work by Alba SEO over the past few years.

We were looking for a company to work with that will increase our online conversions via Search Engine Optimisation.

Our rankings were not great initially as we focussed our attention on our clients, Alba helped us reach the goals that we set out.

We did a search on google and noticed they ranked high. We also worked with them through an existing client.

We designed a brand new website and it was crucial that this site was SEO friendly. The team worked closely with us to ensure this. We had set out goals and expectations at the start and these have been achieved.

Since starting back in October, we are now No1 for many of the searches that we set out.
