I am the managing director at an estate agent.

What challenge were you trying to address with FSE Digital?

I hired FSE Digital to help me build my branding and online presence.

What was the scope of their involvement?

FSE Digital has developed my branding and website, and now runs my digital marketing. When FSE Digital’s team first set up the website, they used their previous experience to add all the legalese to the site to ensure it was up to par. They now maintain my website and help me improve my site content to maintain my positioning on the first page of Google results. FSE Digital also runs my Facebook page.

I usually work with Danny (Managing Director).

How did you come to work with FSE Digital?

I was recommended to FSE Digital via a friend, so I called them and requested their help. 

How much have you invested with them?

I’ve spent about £11,000 (approximately $15,000 USD) on the branding, and now I spend around £1,500 (approximately $2,000 USD) a month on the additional services. 

What is the status of this engagement?

My partnership with FSE Digital began in August 2020, and it’s ongoing. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

I like the website; it’s clean and professional. In particular search areas, I am on page one of Google search results, and even the first result in others. My ads are getting clicks, and I’m getting customer inquiries every week. 

How did FSE Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

FSE Digital has delivered the website on time — their project management is excellent. If there are any changes to the site, FSE Digital completes them within 24 hours.  

What did you find most impressive about them?

 FSE Digital has a very friendly team, and I trust them when they advise me on how to improve my online presence; their advice has consistently yielded positive results. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I have nothing for FSE Digital to improve. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I’d advise customers to listen to FSE Digital’s ideas, input, and recommendations because their contributions often work. I have, and it’s worked out very well for me.

Their services are really good value for money. I like thier thoughtful customer service - SEO has been our best lead generator.
