We needed them to create a nice modern website for us and they had limited time to do it. They did a fantastic job considering the amount of time they had.

I was referred to them by a friend who is also a very satisfied customer.

Since we had limited time it was all over the phone or video conference. We explained to them what we do to give them an idea of what we wanted. They sent a draft of what it would look like and we had a video conference and we agreed on a few alterations and we both agreed on a final draft which they went and worked on. It did not take long.

We worked with only one person who was the project manager.

Our clientel base increased by 40% after they had been through our website.

They communicated to us through one person who was the project manager and the communication was perfect. They always updated us and we knew all they were up to. Their communication is perfect!

The project manager takes his job very seriously and professional. They worked very hard and fast. The quality of their job is exceptional.

Not that I know of.

We needed a Nerx Digital Agency to re-design our e-commerce website as well as to re-design our a new logo to clearly communicate our unique value proposition better to our clients.

We found Nerx through a refferal from a business associate and we decided to reach out to them. We liked their proposal and the fast turnaround times, so we chose them for our project.

They created a customized E-commerce WordPress site from scratch that would allow us to scale more easily.

They also created a corporate logo for our e-commerce company in a timely manner. The functionality was pretty unique and they did include some custom module plugins that were specific to our design principles and overall objectives.

The process was quite iterative because our partners frequently requested changes. One of the site’s features is a currency conversion functionality where potential customers can convert into their local currency.

I worked with three people. The team consisted of an account manager, a content writer, and a frontend developer.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

One of the main achievements that Nerx provided in making the website a successful project was that they knew how to design a layout that would help customers find our products immediately and conveniently.

The site’s performance on Google Analytics has been very high. I’m seeing a significant increase in traffic, and the average duration of users’ site engagement has also gone up.

They always got back to us in time and they held your hand through certain steps that we weren’t familiar with. Their design team is very competent and our account manager is responsive and professional.

They really know what they’re doing, and they’re easy to work with. Even when we don't have a clear idea of what we want, they come up with different proposals and give us exactly what we need.

No, not that I can think of. No. I’ve enjoyed working with them.

I am the managing director of an allied business service where we deal with businesses that need web development, digital marketing, and graphic design.

Getweb does the web development work for us.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They have built between 80–90 websites for us, from e-commerce and shipping sites to WordPress sites for charities, churches, and schools.

We essentially identify the project and then pass it on to Getweb to develop. I have worked with them for several years, and we are aware of what they require for them to start the project.

We spend on average around $500 per website, but it depends on the complexity of the project.

We began working with them about five years ago now. It’s an ongoing relationship.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our success is measured by the delivery time. After they deliver the project, we pass the final product to our customers. We do get customer feedback about the experience of working with us, but the feedback is mainly about working with us and not directly about the website.

How did Getweb perform from a project management standpoint?

They are very responsive. For example, last Thursday, we gave them a very urgent website that needed to be done by Monday. They finished it by Sunday. More complicated websites do take more time, but they generally deliver by the projected delivery time.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Over the years, Getweb has improved in the quality of the websites that they produce. That is mainly from feedback from our customers. Their designs are really unique and very unlike other web designers’. Getweb's work is very customer-focused.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could improve on the delivery time. On rare occasions, we have had projects that have run a bit late because they don’t have enough capacity to deliver on time.
