From a management standpoint, they’ve been wonderful. Every time I send an email for support, they respond right away. The support system is excellent; I don’t even have to worry about calling them. The team shares everything they do with us. We have access to what they’re doing and what they’ve done so far. We usually communicate via email, but I do have direct access to their numbers. The main points of contact always respond quickly. If they’re not available, they call me back or text me. I don’t mind spending my money every month because I know they treat us well. They’re very technical. I’m a technical person, and they understand my language. Also, they’re responsive and transparent. Every month they send our invoice and show us what they’ve been doing for us, how we were at the beginning of the month, and where we are now. We’re able to get a good sense of our metrics, so we know we’re getting good value for our money.
