I've had monthly meetings with my account manager Michael. He is great. I can ask him to test certain keywords or do some experiments for me to test out. He also is great at teaching me the things he's doing to increase conversions and lower cost, helping me build the skills to run ads in the future with the tools and strategies he is teaching me. They also have been amazing post-COVID, allowing us to pause our contract and have ongoing dialogue on when and how we will relaunch our ad campaigns.
