The care they took with their clients was impressive. We felt they were personal and took an interest in what we were doing v. getting tasks delivered. Small, boutique feel.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Connective Web Design could have done differently?

We expected it to launch in September with first estimate but it took longer and we had to wait 6 more weeks for final product. Not sure if that could have been avoided.
