Setup or reviewing of Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, Goals, Keywork tracking and reporting, access to website and platforms and call tracking, chatbots, etc, as needed Strategy Consulting Consulting is done with Client's assigned account manager or with in-house topic specialist to provide a you with relevant data and feedback on your marketing efforts done with EWR or at the Quarter intervals, it is on a as needed basis. In substitute of Client consulting the allotted time per monthly retainer may be used for additional research. Strategy Session - Quarterly Business Reviews • EWR will present and review campaign progress to stakeholders on a quarterly cadence with a Sr Digital Strategist, as weekly to bi-monthly meeting with your account manager. If you do not attend to meeting you can reschedule or a video and update can be provided via email. • Reviews will focus on performance-to-date of KPIs, as well as which strategies have been successful in driving performance. • Reviews will additionally highlight forward-looking strategies and tactics EWR will pursue in an effort to hit project goals. • Reviews will seek to update stakeholders on major updates in Search and how these updates may impact the project roadmap. Competitive Analysis EWR will conduct a competitive analysis, which will look at Client’s competitors as they relate to organic search. • During the engagement, this report will give a holistic view of the competitive landscape and play a key role in creating a long-term online strategy, assessing how Client compares to competitors’ site authority, contextual relevance, visibility, and user experience. • Analyze sites ranking in the top results to identify 2-3 domains to review or reference assess using domain metrics, digital asset analysis, natural search presence. Keyword Mapping & Content Gap Analysis • Once keyword themes are approved by Client, EWR will create Keyword Mapping that indicate which site pages should be targeted by which keyword groups. • EWR will provide recommendations for metadata elements such as h1 tags, title tags, and meta descriptions ( Which will are SEO and visitors interactions. ) • EWR will then perform a Content Gap Analysis to identify key themes competitors are earning search visibility for and how Client can earn similar visibility. This includes prioritization of opportunities and a timeline for addressing such content gaps within our Content Strategy Roadmap. • EWR will map these keywords to pages on the site, addressing content gaps on the site as needed in order to fulfill the keyword mapping process. Content Audit Once target pages are approved by Client through the Keyword Matrix, EWR will perform a Content Audit to optimize existing site content. • EWR will identify specific content recommendations within existing copy. ◦ This may include revisions to body copy, adding/removing internal links, and editing anchor text or internal links. • Recommendations may warrant new content to be written to improve user experience and visibility in search. EWR is able to provide content development resources at an additional cost, if needed as it would be considered a different service and would need to engage more professionals. • Recommendations will outline content gaps by priority and level of effort. EWR and Client will work together to confirm priority opportunities before beginning execution. • The Content Strategy Roadmap may be revisited on an quarterly basis to reflect new opportunities and priorities, which may be discovered during the course of a project. • EWR will work closely with Client, or external teams on the creation of these assets. ◦ EWR’s content and design team can execute and/or support additional asset development under a separate scope of work. EWR can provide estimates, upon requests. • Regardless of the team producing content, EWR will review and provide further recommendations if needed on produced content within the Content Strategy Roadmap. EWR and Client will define a workflow appropriate for managing edits, implementation, and reviews. Content Strategy • EWR will make recommendations for new content or optimization of existing content on the Client’s site to solve user needs, encourage natural sharing, informed purchase decisions, exhibit authority, and build trust. • Target Personas and Buyer's Journey's should be understood. • No work will be provided the first month just access, audits and strategy work. On-Page Optimizations Once high quality content is produced, EWR uses on page SEO strategies to further increase your online visibility for your target keywords. The following is included but not limited to our on page optimizations: • Title tags • Meta descriptions • URLs • HTML tags • Images Optimizations • Inner linking • CTA Additions • Video Placement • Consult with Client on the setup based on EWR recommended analytics Views and Filters within Client’s Google Analytics Property. • Setup the EWR Views with basic Google Analytics Goals, if needed, to measure success based on KPI documents created by the SEO team. • If any additional analytics tagging, implementation, or reporting is required, EWR will outline in a separate Statement of Work. • Remarketing/ Tracking Pixels (Google Tags, LinkedIn, Facebook, other). Technical Optimization & Monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPI) Development & Benchmarking • EWR will make recommendations for new content or optimization of existing content on the Client’s site to solve user needs, encourage natural sharing, inform purchase decisions, exhibit authority, and build trust. • EWR and Client will determine the KPIs at the beginning of the project. These will be the metrics by which the project’s success is defined. • Review any pre-existing data and research to understand patterns, reference historical data in Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Trends, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Socials Mentions, Buzzsumo, etc. to understand seasonal trends and user site behavior. • Benchmark major site metrics to identify feasible goals and measure the impact of the recommendations on SEO road mapped campaigns. • Reevaluate goals and success metrics quarterly. EWR will work with Client to determine appropriate cadence. Process • Audit the website (1 time) • Walk-through the audit with the Client’s technical team, as needed • Verify audit after recommendations have been implemented. ◦ EWR should complete the implementation of architecture audit items within three (3) months of the audit’s delivery. ◦ If EWR has to provide execution and implementation of website architecture there could be additional hours charged as the scope of work will needed to be expanded or included in ongoing work / SEO Campaigns • There will be a focus on Web Development to meet Google "Core Web Vitals" standards. Exclusions The Technical SEO Audit may include instructions on fixing issues and sample snippets of code. However, all implementation of recommendations is the responsibility of Client. Specifically, this excludes: • Anything behind a user login EWR does not have access to such as server site. • Site must be accessible to multiple people reliant on tools run from EWR. • Should the development timeline change or be delayed beyond 2 months of the planned date, the project will need to be rescoped, paused, or adjusted to fit the site’s needs. Measurement and Optimization • These will be the terms that EWR will actively support through on-site content, and SEO benchmarks to assess business impact. • EWR will focus efforts on the "keyword themes" that have the greatest propensity to drive project goals or represent ultimate expansion areas for Client. EWR will focus our effort on one keyword theme per quarter unless other agreed upon. (The first 3-months are considered foundational and sitewide improvements.) Content EWRs content optimization and deliverables will be driven by keyword goals to maximize the effectiveness of the campaign. We will aspects of E-A-T (Expertise, Authority, and Trust) as well as Experience. This could require a wide range of things that are too broad to be listed in this agreement. Identify Duplicate and Low Value Content will be a focus. If more content is needed that will be determine throughout the course of the campaign and direction will be provided to the Content Team.

I’m the owner of Geek Window Cleaning, a residential home service provider. We do window cleaning, pressure washing, roof washing, gutter cleaning, and basically, every kind of cleaning needed for house exteriors.

We hired EWR Digital to build a new SEO-friendly website for us. Our main goal was to have a website that ranked in the top positions of search results for our main keywords.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Initially, I asked EWR Digital to fully audit our existing website. They discovered a lot of wrong things with it, so they suggested starting with a blank slate and building a new one from scratch. Then, they created the proposal for the web development, which included ongoing SEO services moving forward.

Since then, they’ve built our new site and handled our SEO, website analytics, and Google Business Profile. They also make updates to our website and ensure we’re ranking high for all our specific keywords.

In addition to that, EWR Digital has helped us run some PPC campaigns for our social media accounts — Facebook and Instagram. We run those campaigns periodically around springtime and around the holidays; it’s not something we continuously do. Their team is in charge of managing those campaigns for us.

EWR Digital also helps us with our Google Ads, including ad retargeting. Initially, they also helped us with our email marketing campaigns, which have been tweaked here and there since then.

Moreover, EWR Digital helps us with content writing and content creation. To do this, we provide them with photos, videos, and topics, and they do research on their own to write blogs. Then, they give us the content for approval to ensure all the information is accurate. After our approval, they post the content on our website and Google Business Profile.

Initially, I worked with an onboarding specialist from EWR Digital, after which I met Matt (Head of Digital Strategy & Lead SEO Consultant). Over the last three years, I’ve been working with Adam (Digital Marketing Consultant), who manages our account.

I found them by doing an online search for marketing and SEO agencies in Houston, Texas. They ranked high on Google for those terms, so I thought that they must know what they were doing. I also heard about them through their SEO podcast on Apple and Spotify.

We started working together in June 2019, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

EWR Digital has helped us get into the top first and second positions of search results for our main keywords, and they’ve maintained those rankings for the last three years. Now, we’re ranking for over 100 keywords, both long tail and short tail, some of which are very high-value keywords.

EWR Digital’s team has also managed to get our Google Business Profile into the number one position, so it now shows up all across Houston, Texas, and our second location, Austin, Texas. As part of these efforts, they’ve helped us get more reviews on our profile consistently.

Overall, these results have really helped us grow our business. Since we started working with EWR Digital, our revenue has grown by 20%–30% yearly. Additionally, our site traffic has increased by 30%–40% year over year.

Moreover, the seasonal PPC campaigns that they manage have always worked well. Although our social media accounts have also grown as a result of these campaigns, those aren’t our main focus points.

How did EWR Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

EWR Digital’s communication is great. They’re very good at explaining the metrics we’re looking for, our objectives and how we’re reaching them, our milestones, and our main KPIs. Adam handles reporting and sets up our biweekly meetings to ensure we stay on track with our goals. He also makes suggestions about the directions we should be going and what we should be targeting.

Our budget has been consistent every month — that’s how EWR Digital’s billing works. Whenever there’s a project that needs more hours for specific tasks, such as backlinking or content creation, the budget changes a little bit. However, we’ve never been outstandingly over budget.

As for our communication, we use email and talk over the phone. Additionally, we use Google Meet or Zoom for our meetings, during which we go over what EWR Digital has been doing for the last two weeks. We also use Google Docs and Google Sheets to track the project.

What did you find most impressive about them?

EWR Digital’s customer service is great, and dealing with Adam has always been fantastic. However, EWR Digital’s most impressive asset has been their ability to get us into the top position of search results for our main keywords and keep us there.

SEO is always a moving target. Google constantly updates its algorithm, and we have to update our strategy accordingly. Still, EWR Digital has been able to anticipate those changes and ensure that our site is ready for whatever update Google will roll out next. Whereas other sites tend to lose rankings when that happens, we’ve never lost our rankings when these updates have occurred, which has been great.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I wish we could see slightly better results for our social media advertising. We’ve never really lost money, but we’ve also never seen a lot of leads coming from social media. However, I don’t know if this issue has to do with our industry — maybe it’s harder to sell our services through social media.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Have clear goals and understand that SEO is a moving target, so it takes time to get results. Still, EWR Digital is always on top of everything and knows which strategies to deploy and when in order to get you to the top-ranking positions.

I’m the owner of the Lone Star School of Music. We teach lessons for all ages and instruments, as well as group lessons and summer camps. We also do offshoots that most schools won’t like DJ lessons and music and video production. We currently have four locations and are working on our fifth.

When I bought the business, the website was extremely outdated. I hired them to create a new website, do SEO and marketing for it, and handle our social media presence.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We started from the very beginning, so the number one thing was our website. Our company uses scheduling software that is sometimes not the easiest to work with. eWebResults had the in-house expertise to integrate that software into our website which created a seamless experience for our customers.  Then they worked on our Adwords and rankings and social media campaigns. Most of their social media and marketing work is done on Facebook, but Twitter is still up there, too. They also handle our marketing budget, allocating funds to different platforms and efforts as they see fit.

How did you come to work with eWebResults?

Our business coach originally recommended them to us. I did some due diligence, and the prices I saw were very similar, but eWeb said they would do everything. Some of the other companies only did SEO, and wouldn’t do Facebook Ads, and others could build a really strong website but wouldn’t do social media at all. Even since we’ve been working with them, I’ll still look around, just to see what’s out there, and they’re still the only ones that will do all of it. This way I don’t have to worry about it.

How much have you invested with them?

We spend about $2,500 every month, so $90,000 in total.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

When I purchased the business, the search rankings were around 51 or higher, and now we’re on the front page of every campaign we do. We had 200 students when we started and now we’ve doubled to over 400, and we keep growing every year. We grew 118% in our first year with them, and now we’re opening up our fifth location – we started with one.

It’s the 19th of April and we’ve already surpassed our numbers for April 2017. Just last week, I was looking up summer camps in Austin, TX and we were number one. It was the same for guitar lessons and adult group lessons too. They’ve definitely paid for themselves. We also do a lot of offshoot campaigns and make a video or a blog post for the Autism Society or the Down Syndrome Society, and it’ll also be ranked number one.

How did eWebResults perform from a project management standpoint?

We talk to with our main point of contact once a week on the phone, but I can email either them or the owner whenever if I have questions. They're very informative and take the time to explain things well, especially for someone like me who doesn’t know computers too well. When we started a new campaign, I even drove down to Houston and we talked in-person for two hours and they explained everything to me. 

Every week we have different things to go over, so we'll set the agenda a week prior and I can get my questions ready. They’re also really good about changing small things on our website, like the age range for a certain camp, or if a faculty member leaves to go on tour. They’re really sharp and get it done quickly.

What did you find most impressive about them?

At the end of the month, I get one bill. Other companies will charge extra for a video campaign or an extra Facebook campaign, but with eWebResults, everything’s included. They can also work very independently, which is great because then I don’t have to take time to keep up with all the trends and technologies, or go to seminars and learn about Google’s latest software. They stay on top of whatever they can do to benefit their customers. And again, they do everything. They don’t just focus on SEO or web design. It’s very hard to find a company that specializes in all of them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I wish they were headquartered in Austin, but other than that, I can’t think of anything.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

You have to realize that it's an investment in your company. I know marketing can be scary, but you’re ROI is going to be great; you’re going to get that return. Their whole goal is to make your business better, not to take your money. They’re looking out for your best interest. A lot of people think SEO happens overnight, but it takes a while because your competitors are doing the same thing. But with eWeb going to bat for you, it’s one less thing to worry about. We’re one of the only music schools with an SEO company, and that’s why we’re doing so well and have seen this kind of growth. Let them do their thing and eventually, you’re going to see that return.

I started with EWR digital in June 2023 through a PPC audit. They gave us an overview of our previous marketer's work and where they could improve. At no time did the EWR team try to sell their serivces to us, they even gave us the the audit report with actionable items to give to our previous marketer so our strategy could improve.
