For the website, we needed considerable guidance and consultation regarding how to structure it, and we wanted a much more professional, appealing site, with much more detail than our previous website.

The website was created, to our satisfaction, and they have taken over both social media marketing and Google Ads, and they are doing the SEO work, as well as reputation management.. Thus far the new year is on pace to be our best year ever, and we are happy with the website.

ITVibes created a new website for us to replace our previous website. We have several project meetings to discuss design. They provided options for us to give us ideas, which allowed us to determine which designs and features we liked. After that they created content, and gave us opportunities to review and provide revisions to the draft site. Once the site was final, they launched it for us. They continue to provide SEO and website updates for us on an ongoing basis.

Our main success metrics for ITVibes, Inc's work are the customer reviews we get on Google, which are collated by their principal. Our long-term engagement with their team is enough proof that we're satisfied with the marketing solutions they provide.

I’m a senior principal at Openlogix, a managed IT services firm based in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. We support enterprise clients with technology, software, security, and some technical staffing and are an IBM business partner.

We wanted our customers to find us so they could buy IBM software from us. We initially engaged with ITVibes because we had a lackluster website, and we wanted it to be easy to maintain.

When we started working with ITVibes, they built our website. Then, they began to maintain the site and do some SEO, PPC, advertising, and Google Ads.

They currently help us with SEO and ad placement. We have a contract with them to maintain our website, provide SEO services, and develop new landing pages.

What is the team composition?

We have two people assigned to our team. One of them is a manager, and I work directly with a lead WordPress developer. Whenever we have issues on the website or need maintenance on the site, I call them and they take a look at it.

They gave us a nice proposal and showed us how we could potentially maintain our website.

Over the last six years, we’ve probably spent close to $200,000. We’ve done some development work and had a custom application built. Currently, we’re paying around $5,000 in our current contract within four months.

They’ve created great results in no time. We have a lot of conversions, and more people are finding us when they’re looking for IBM software and filling in the form, which is how we monetize. All in all, ITVibes has certainly helped us increase our opportunities.

From a management standpoint, they’ve been wonderful. Every time I send an email for support, they respond right away. The support system is excellent; I don’t even have to worry about calling them. The team shares everything they do with us. We have access to what they’re doing and what they’ve done so far.

We usually communicate via email, but I do have direct access to their numbers. The main points of contact always respond quickly. If they’re not available, they call me back or text me. I don’t mind spending my money every month because I know they treat us well.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re very technical. I’m a technical person, and they understand my language. Also, they’re responsive and transparent. Every month they send our invoice and show us what they’ve been doing for us, how we were at the beginning of the month, and where we are now. We’re able to get a good sense of our metrics, so we know we’re getting good value for our money.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We’d like to have just one shop to do everything. However, ITVibes is a purely digital agency. If we go and ask them to do something very specific from a different technological perspective, they don’t do it. Therefore, I’ve been telling them that they should expand their services and get more staff.

Be clear on your expectations. If you can define the proper and acceptable criteria, they’ll excel at the job.

ITVibes, Inc created our new website from scratch. They added new graphics and laid the site out entirely different than the original so it’s now user-friendly. Their team also took over branding efforts and established our social media presence. They created accounts on Facebook and Twitter, continually adding posts and managing the accounts. Additionally, they write and distribute a regular newsletter for us. Our Google Ads and PPC campaigns are handled by their team, too. For example, they’re currently helping us target key demographics in Mexico.

Most of the time, we meet with four people from their team.

We receive a lot of great feedback on the website. People are also really fond of the newsletter they’ve created for us, and we have a significant amount of followers for that. We’ve seen a definite increase in business since ITVibes, Inc started taking care of our Google Ads efforts, so we’re pretty happy with where we’re at now.

They’re always right on the ball in terms of managing the project. Their team is almost always ready before we are and tell us exactly what we need to provide them with. We communicate via phone and email in addition to our quarterly meetings.

Their attention to detail and high level of care toward our opinions are great qualities. They always keep our ideas in mind. The support their team provides is solid, so any time we have a problem or question, all we have to do is give them a call.

I’m the owner of Unlimited Care Cottages. We’re in the assisted living business, working in a residential setting with traditional homes, so they blend right into the neighborhood.

We wanted to improve our visibility and business awareness. Our goal was to get more people to know about our services and change how they view assisted living businesses. We wanted to convey that our services are humane, dignified, and intimate, not like big commercial institutions.

What was the scope of their involvement?

To accomplish these goals, ITVibes, Inc provides a range of services. They designed our site from scratch and developed it. We’ve done two iterations of the platform with them since starting our engagement. They work on any updates and made the site mobile friendly during the most recent development phase. Their team handles the server and our entire online platform. 

Outside of development, they support our visibility efforts by writing blogs and managing our social media accounts, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter. For the blogs, they research and write the content, but we also send them industry-specific news that they’ll incorporate into their next piece. 

ITVibes, Inc also provides SEO support. Their team runs Google Ads campaigns, implementing keywords and PPC efforts. They’ve also suggested great strategies and ideas for us to implement to improve our services, such as recording phone calls to manage quality. Their team also recently helped us set up a text campaign to reach new families or find referrals if needed.

There are people dedicated to each part of the project, so around three people work with us regularly, including the people we have quarterly check-ins with. In addition, Siva (President, ITVibes, Inc) joins our meetings and supports us.

I can’t remember exactly how we first connected since it’s been a very long time since we started working together. However, they were close in proximity to us and we likely saw their work and decided to hire them.

We spend between $3,000–$3,500 per month on their services.

We started working together in approximately 2009 and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We get many compliments on our website—the feedback is always very positive. Users have commented on how easy it is to navigate and people occasionally ask who created it for us, which is great.  We’ve definitely earned leads and conversions because of the support from ITVibes, Inc.

How did ITVibes, Inc perform from a project management standpoint?

Their team sends us monthly reports and we get together quarterly to go over the information and evaluate what is working or not working. The nature of our industry means things can change quickly, so ITVibes, Inc has been willing and flexible during our time working together. They make any updates necessary and are always looking to modify their efforts to fit our needs. They’re exceptional at handling the workload. They feel more like a partner than a vendor because of how they manage the project and our relationship.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Like I mentioned, our capacity can change quickly if a few of our residents pass away, so we always have to be ready to change our efforts if needed to serve more families. ITVibes, Inc has been very helpful with this fluctuation, supporting us in tweaking any strategy, pausing some efforts, or starting a new campaign. We don’t want to do full-force marketing efforts when our capacity is full, so their team has been understanding on this front.

They also came to our locations to meet the residents and staff for themselves and speak to our care partners, which I think is great. They know that in order to fully represent us, they need to experience our setting for themselves. The jumped right into the project, which I really appreciated. We also have a great level of trust—when we meet up, work isn’t all we talk about so we’ve established a good level of comfort.

I really can’t think of anything. Over the years, they’ve experienced staff turnover like every other company, but they always replace those people with equally-skilled or stronger teammates.

Tell them what you want and let them do it for you. If you set your expectations, you can set them loose to work on it.

I’m the general manager of a manufacturing organization. We make pressure control and flow-through equipment for the oil and gas sector.

What challenge were you trying to address with ITVibes, Inc?

The original challenge was to create an ERP system for our products. We were seeking custom software that could manage, track, and report on our daily and yearly operations. More recently, we’ve hired ITVibes to brand and market our products.

What was the scope of their involvement?

While my knowledge is limited because they implemented the ERP system before I onboarded at the company, I know that their work was cloud-based.

They redesigned our logo and helped us rebrand our products. They’ve managed our social media accounts, mostly LinkedIn and Facebook. They’ve also redesigned our website from scratch. They provide ongoing support for both the ERP system and marketing.

What is the team composition?

For the ERP aspect of our collaboration, I worked with a developer and an engineer. I worked with three designers and marketers for the branding side of things.  

How much have you invested with them?

The ERP system was an investment of $175,000. In addition to that, we spent somewhere between $2000–$5000 for the website redesign and branding efforts.

We engaged them in May 2016, and it’s an ongoing relationship, primarily on the branding and marketing side.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

When it comes to web development and branding, the quality of their work is exceptional. They come up with excellent ideas, and they’re also extremely personable.

While they’re very helpful and responsive, we switched to another ERP provider because their software offering just wasn’t the right fit for us. It was also quite costly for a system that wasn’t quite tailored enough to suit our needs.

How did ITVibes, Inc perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re excellent on that end, so there was never a problem. They’re very accessible through email or on the phone. They were always available to meet in person, as well. Their entire team has a great attitude, which we really appreciated.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re trying to be as helpful and supportive as possible for their clients, which I thought was great.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t say anything negative on the website or branding side of things, because they’re very talented.

On the other hand, I think they need more experience to understand my industry and the specific requirements of the manufacturing sector. They could improve their understanding of custom ERP specifications, but I can’t fault them fully because we also could’ve done a better job at describing our requirements.

Have a clear and true understanding of what you need in order for them to make it for you.

ITVibes, Inc built a new website from the ground up. The site took a couple months, mostly because they were waiting on us to provide pictures and ideas of what we wanted. We're currently doing a monthly SEO and PPC engagement. They asked us our thoughts for keyword research and then they added their two cents. They handle Google Ads, call tracking, maps, live chat, and blogs. They're constantly changing and moving things around to optimize results.

The website is awesome. Everybody gives us compliments on it. I was looking for a site that would grab users’ attention. They achieved that 100%; it’s very nice looking. Our users are able to move around the website and find what they need.

It was also important to me that the site drive new business to us. ITVibes, Inc told us at the beginning to give it six months before we see an increase. We're a little over four months in and we’re already seeing good results. We're starting to get a lot of traffic coming our way that we didn't have before. If it continues to increase as it has been, it's going to be excellent.

ITVibes, Inc does a great job. They've done everything that they said they would. They constantly track results so they can make changes as needed. We've had several meetings with them and we generally communicate through phone calls and emails. The team is all very personable.
