I’m the president of D&G Quality Roofing, Inc., a commercial and residential roofing company.

We hired them for rebranding.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Upright Digital’s work started with an initial planning and strategy session to understand our business and develop rebranding ideas. They’re in the middle of design work, but it’s all very branding specific. There’s an initial outline with the direction that we want to keep in. The overall strategy has been in sync with the core messaging and branding that we initially set. They’ve also done logo design and website development.

My points of contact are Paul (Managing Director) and one other person.

I have a connection that works there.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve invested $15,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working together in November 2020 and the relationship is still ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We’re still early on and the work still matches the initial strategy. I’m pleased with the time frame so far.

How did Upright Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re very deliberate to make sure that we’re establishing some realistic deliverables and measurable goals to hold themselves accountable as we’re talking through creating things and I appreciate that. We keep in contact through phone calls and emails.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I find how we’re going to integrate the HubSpot CRM along with our marketing efforts most impressive.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, not yet.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

If you’re looking for an overall approach that’s on message, I think they can understand that and be purposeful.
