I reached out to Falcon Digital Marketing after having a fantastic experience previously working with one of their Principals at an agency together. I knew going in that they would be able to deliver results on Facebook and LinkedIn, so the decision was easy.

They started with an audit of the existing campaigns and provided detailed recommendations for optimizations that they then went on to implement. Then we established a regular reporting process. The team worked closely with product marketing to strategize and implement campaigns for product launches, cyclical deadline messages, and webinars, in addition to continually optimizing our 'always on' campaigns.

Since working with Falcon, our campaigns have become much more efficient, resulting in a significant improvement in return on ad spend and a decrease in cost per conversion.

We had weekly meetings, and meeting follow-ups were prompt and action oriented. Communication primarily happened via email, which worked well. Monthly reports were sent via email, along with detailed insights and recommendations. They went above and beyond by creating quarterly reports to track specific metrics we requested. Ad hoc requests or questions were always addressed quickly.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
I was always impressed by how much they really cared about optimizing our campaigns and delivering results. Their level of expertise is extremely high, and it shows given how hands-on they are with campaign management. They were straightforward when things were going well and also provided recommendations when campaigns were under-performing.
