When you go to meet with them, it says, ‘We are the Center for Well-Being.’ It’s kind of neat from an executive director perspective, when I go to their meetings and all their material say that. They did a lot of studying on us to understand our purpose, and I felt they did that really well, owning the project and feeling connected to it. First of all, I would say I think that, even though they’re a small shop, they have a very deep knowledge base of all things related to Drupal. In terms of how they manage their business, they run everything through Basecamp, while some people just write you emails and there’s no way to keep track of things. But, they manage everything through Basecamp. Tasks get assigned with timeframes to specific people. It’s a very efficient process. It means that we’re in the loop every step of the way, and I really appreciate that level of transparency.
