I'm the owner of a brand that sells a silicone bracelet keyring to wholesale and retail customers.

Thrive was hired to do influencer marketing on Instagram. Thrive managed the budget, cultivated relationships with the influencers, coordinated shipments and negotiated and managed the contracts.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I had worked with Kelly at another marketing firm and when she started her own business I followed her. She was so easy to work with and managed everything so well I didn't want to loose her.

Thrive was responsible for everything involved in the project with the exception of shipping the product; however, she did coordinate the shipments and confirm them. Thrive researched the influencers, contacted them, negotiated fees, coordinated shipments, confirmed shipments, followed up with influencers and sent confirmation to me of contract fulfillment.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Thrive had a very high rate of securing influencers to work with and following up to ensure contract fulfillment. Our brand awareness increased while working with Thrive.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Thrive's use of email to communicate was very efficient and effective. We also shared a google doc to tracking shipments and progress.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Thrive was so easy to work with. I trusted this part of my business in their hands and didn't worry about it because it was so well-managed.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I was 100% satisfied with all the work done by Thrive.

I’m the owner of Playgrounds Etc. We design and build playgrounds for schools, municipalities, and other organizations within the state of Texas.

We needed someone to provide us with SEO and PPC services.

We initially hired Thrive Marketing Consultants to provide us with website auditing and optimization and after making some changes, their services evolved into ongoing maintenance. 

They also provide us with keyword research, as well as content marketing for both Google Ads and YouTube.

We’ve spent roughly around $8,000–$9,000 USD.

The ongoing partnership started in June 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

While I don’t necessarily dig into the statistics, I still look at the bottom line by tracking our web leads all the way to the point of the sale. We have accurate metrics on our sales from the website, and they’ve roughly increased by 30% — which I attribute to Thrive Marketing Consultants’ work.

They’ve met all my expectations and I’m 100% satisfied with their ongoing services.

How did Thrive Marketing Consultants perform from a project management standpoint?

Thrive Marketing Consultants is the cream of the crop when it comes to project management. I’ve dealt with a lot of different companies for auditing, and they never once found a component in our website that needed to be fixed. 

Thrive Marketing Consultants’ method of outlining tasks and making sure they get checked off the list was the reason we chose to move forward with them.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I like that they seem to be the top experts in their field and above any of their competition.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I would want them to improve on their method of accounts management, specifically in terms of payments. We experienced a small issue of paying for their services, as they don’t have a good way of making payments via credit card.

They prefer doing wire transfers or EFTs, which aren’t really convenient options for a normal everyday business.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Thrive Marketing Consultants take charge and will guide you through the entire process, so I don’t necessarily have any specific advice, other than trusting them and letting them do their work.

PureWine worked with Kelly at a previous agency and only had a great experience with her. When she moved to Thrive Marketing we knew that we had to move with her. Kelly is hard working, dedicated, and ensure that PureWine is getting the most return for our money.

The communication and workflow is extensive and exactly what we are looking for at PureWine. We have had nothing but a great experience with Kelly.

The most impressive trait we find about Kelly is her attention to detail and she knows each brand so well. She is always on top of her game and ensures we are not wasting any money on something that is not profitable.

So far, we have had nothing but a great experience.
