    Step 1: Free SEO audit. I review your Google Business Profile, directory listings, reviews, and map pack visibility across your service areas. If you have an existing website, I audit that too. If you do not have one yet, that is fine. A lot of contractors come to me without a site or with something outdated that needs to be replaced entirely. Step 2: Strategy call. I walk you through what is working, what is not, and what I would do about it. Step 3: If we are a good fit, I scope out a monthly retainer and we get started. The first month focuses on building your website alongside your SEO foundation. From there, it is ongoing monthly work. You work directly with me the entire time. No sales team. No onboarding coordinator. No handoff.

    Rankings, calls, and leads. That is it. Each month you get a report that shows: - Where you rank in the map pack and organic results across your service areas - What traffic came in and where it came from - What calls and leads you received I do not send reports full of impressions, bounce rates, or other metrics that do not connect to actual business. If the phone is not ringing more, the SEO is not working. That is the standard I hold myself to.

    I built 4-U Electric's website with 20+ service area pages covering 15+ cities across central Minnesota, with structured data and a content strategy built to rank in every service area. That is the depth of work I do for every client. I am selective about who I take on. I only work with contractors I am confident I can get results for. If your market or situation is not a good fit, I will tell you that upfront rather than take your money.

    For the website build, most sites launch within 2 to 4 weeks. Larger builds with dozens of service area pages can take longer, but you will have a clear timeline before we start. For ongoing SEO work, there is no single turnaround because the work is continuous. Each month I am updating your Google Business Profile, building citations, creating content, and tracking rankings. You get a monthly report so you always know what was done and what moved. For communication, I respond to emails and calls within one business day. Usually same day. You are not waiting on a ticket queue or an account manager to relay your message. You reach me directly.

    Everything goes through me directly. No account managers, no project coordinators, no support tickets. Day to day, most communication happens over email and phone. If something comes up with your site or your rankings, you call or email me and I handle it. No back and forth with a middleman. Each month you get a report that covers what work was done, what rankings changed, and what leads came in. I walk you through it if you want, or you can just read it. Either way, you always know where things stand. I keep the process simple on purpose. Contractors are busy running jobs. You should not have to learn a project management tool or sit through weekly status meetings to know what your SEO person is doing.
