I've worked with many different external vendors, and I'd have to say that Razorfrog was probably the easiest vendor I've ever worked with. They used a Trello board to manage the project and allowed me to work directly on that which just made things much more efficient. We communicated on many things through the Trello board, and it always felt like they were very on top of the things that needed to get done.
