We hired Proleadsoft to redesign our website, to perform search engine optimization work after the website launch, and to maintain our website on an ongoing basis.

We had been working with Proleadsoft to maintain our old website and were impressed with the company's expertise, responsiveness, and problem-solving abilities.

The website design project was very interactive. We worked with a designer to decide upon the appearance and feel of the website and then worked closely with Proleadsoft to incorporate content. The SEO process was also interactive, with regularly scheduled meetings to brief us on the work done and its results. Proleadsoft continues to maintain our website on an ongoing basis.

On website design, we worked with one designer and several technical specialists. On the SEO project, we worked with two specialists.

We were extremely satisfied with Proleadsoft's work on both the website design and SEO. On the SEO side, they were able to demonstrate the progress made in our firm's web visibility with concrete data.

Scholastic Interest Group is a nonprofit whose mission it is to assist at-risk youth living primarily in the Bayview Hunters Point neighborhood of San Francisco, California. I am the treasurer, CFO, and a member of the board of directors.

We hired them to redesign our outdated website and assist with social media.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal was to have a more current website that was integrated with our social media pages.

How did you select this vendor?

We met the owner of Proleadsoft, Imran Alavi, at a Board Match event that people attend to either seek or become nonprofit board members. Imran was drawn to our cause and became an advisory board member for our organization. He provided us with a good deal of pro bono advice regarding our website and social media pages. After procuring bids to have our website redesigned, Proleadsoft stepped up with a significantly discounted offer that we accepted.

Describe the project in detail.

Rather than just upgrading our existing, old website, Proleadsoft provided us with a brand new, modern, and easy-to-navigate WordPress site. They held our hand each step of the way, working with us to write content and adding the appropriate photos and videos. Whenever we had questions, we were able to receive an immediate response either by phone call or email.

What outcomes or results can you share that demonstrate progress and/or success?

Our website is much more aesthetically pleasing than before—it has a more updated look and it’s very easy to navigate. It is also now easy for us to update the text as well as to add/remove photos or videos. There is also more traffic coming to the site.

The project management was very effective and they were professional, patient, and easy to work with.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We find their willingness to provide exactly what we wanted and the promptness with which they responded to any of our questions or concerns very impressive.
