iid was solid in terms of managing the project. They had clear estimates, there were no creeping costs, and the communication was good. If there were any minus points, it’s because they’re working with external resources from their organization — so we experienced some delays which caused some scheduling issues. There was quite a time difference between Japan and the US, so we had a lot of things to go over through email and digital means, because we weren’t able to talk live in-person.
