The company is a referral marketing platform that enables referral on eCommerce sites. I am an operations manager on the sales side of the business.

Gong.io is a software company that records calls for enablement and training.
What were your goals for this project?
We wanted to work with our sales team to develop a consistent selling track. This software has allowed us to reflect on sales calls, review as a team, and develop training around areas of improvement.
How did you select this vendor?
We received a sales email from Gong.io regarding their services. We did not consider any competitors. Our Sales Director, COO and myself were all involved in the purchasing process. We chose this vendor based on their reputation and positive reviews.

The project included full-service onboarding and we have a designated account manager. I helped to onboard the team to this technology and set up the integrations.

Their team was made up of 3 people. The sales rep, our account executive, and a sales engineer.
