I can always count on them to respond in a timely manner. Vertical IT Solutions is quick and detailed. We generally exchange emails to start the conversation, and we then communicate via phone calls to resolve issues at that moment or work on them together. Duke (Tier 1 Support Technician) is very good at following up quickly whenever he needs more information, usually within a couple of minutes. He's also great at reaching out to ask for a meeting whenever we need to get things resolved.

This service allows us to get a voicemail transcript via email that includes the name and phone number of the caller, which helps us attend to our patients better. Vertical Computers’ project management was excellent. They were able to modernize my phone system in less than a week without disrupting our service, which was very important for us because we didn’t want our patients to be unable to reach out to us.

Typically, they resolve any issues quickly. For the app, Joe was our project lead. The communication was great. He was very responsive. Even if a server was down at eight o’clock at night, he’d jump right on the issue and figure out what happened.
