They are very professional, and yet they give a very warm and personal feeling throughout the project. They have a high technical skillset in all our preferred platforms

As we ran the projects completely in a virtual mode you always want the quality of sound etc to improve. Since English isn’t our mother tongue we sometime struggle to express ourselves cleary enough. This though more on our side then on them

We had a project manager / SPOC for managing the deliverables, and we used Jira for managing the task and issues. Over time we got better and better at defining shared goals and we grew a mutual understanding on how to reach a fantastic result, our clients are asking for.

Dock Optimizer is a configurable warehouse dock scheduling & data management system. From working with clients in the field developing custom applications before, there was a realization that tools in the industry are not well-suited to SME operators, either they offered too much or too little. TechCronus was brought in with the first set of customer requirements and quickly built something that could be tested in the field. 

This involved connecting with the Calendly API. As feedback and new feature requests came in from early pilot users, TechCronus has been able to expand Dock Optimizer with additional features like an Analytics module, Reporting, and building a real-time Door Management tracker. Going forward, we intend to work with TechCronus to keep iterating based on user needs and adding new features that will make Dock Optimizer far stickier with customers like connecting with IoT devices and sensors.

• We have a working system that a small group of customers pay for. TechCronus handled all of the technology work getting this launched.

Given the evolving scope, TechCronus has done a great job with project management. As things change, the team is patient to work with us and understand what our users are looking for. Sometimes there are miscommunications, but we can usually get them resolved quickly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are talented engineers and are at a very reasonable price. I've really appreciated having a PM and engineer that have experience working together and can communicate requirements well internally.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Techcronus Business Solutions could have done differently?

One struggle we've faced is aligning our business hours. Our company is on the US West Coast, so finding times that work well for us all to be online together can be tough. Usually, this is fine, but when there is something urgent happening it can mean there's a delay.

I hired Techronus to take over from two(2) stalled mobile app development projects. The goals were to work through the issues of both of the apps and get them to the minimum viable product stage.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Techronus were chosen on the basis of their skills, depth of expertise and history of successful app development.

I worked on 2 projects with this vendor as described below.

• Project 1: 2Ears Hearing Aid Mobile App – It is a mobile app to facilitate and improve your hearing skills
• Scope of work: Bug fixes in existing app, UI improvements and full-cycle app testing
• Technologies Used: Flutter, Python, AWS
• Project 2: Stock My Practice App – It is a mobile application that is created with the perspective of serving as an equipment digital assistance for Medical Practitioners (hereinafter referred to as Practices). The system is created with an objective to bridge the gap between Marketplace and the Practices by bringing them on a common platform.

Scope of work: Existing system study and functional documentation, Backend bug fixes and project build creation, Mobile app build creation and testing

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

There were 2 developers from vendor’s team including 1 frontend and 1 backend developer. There was also a customer account manager involved from vendor’s team.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Both projects were delivered within expectations. I appreciate the fact that both projects were started by other developers and had failed before I asked Techronus to take over. Not many software development firms would do that. Techronus did that and back themselves in spite of the risk.

Techronus provide project updates on a timley basis. Communication is prompt and done via email & WhatsApp.

We admire their willingness to try different approaches and their flexibility in dealing with different clients.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Difficult for me to say. I think next time I use Techronus I would want them to start a software project from scratch.
