Their onboarding was solid. Essentially, at any given point throughout the onboarding process, I knew exactly what stage our project was in. Communication was solid, but not annoying. I don't have that much time as my schedule is always full. They were accommodating in my requests for the meetings. With any project of this scope, there are always going to be at least one or two things you didn't think of. Not here... Their onboarding was proof that they have done this hundreds of times and have continued to improve their process.
